SHREE by is a masterful transformation of a 3,000 sq. ft. dated, dark house into a luminous, open, and serene living space that celebrates Kerala’s natural beauty and handcrafted tradition. At the heart of this renovation lies the essence of its name “Shree” meaning prosperity and grace in Sanskrit, perfectly capturing the home’s renewed spirit of warmth and flow.
The craftsmanship is exquisite, deeply rooted in Kerala’s woodworking legacy but interpreted with a contemporary lens. Solid teak furniture, carved by artisans from Karnataka, blends timeless detail with clean lines, seamlessly paired with custom millwork from Bangalore. The natural woods bring warmth against the light, neutral backdrop. Artistic touches abound—a hand-painted stained glass at the entrance by Delhi artisans and ten custom paintings inspired by Kerala’s lush greenery add soulful personality and storytelling to the home.
